This week on One Cell One Light™ Radio, Dr. Hildy™ welcomes two guests who have invested a great deal in one of the most precious commodities we have in life: children, and the beauty they possess inside.

In the first hour of the show, Dr. Hildy™ will be joined by lifestyle coach and Living Food instructor Linda Frees to discuss her instructional video, “Home Grown to Home Made,” which, along with Got Sprouts owner Sean Herbert, teaches children about the benefits of sprouting and eating natural foods, along with some sprouting techniques and recipes.Helping people transition to a healthy lifestyle for the past 25 years via hands-on classes, television, radio and print, Linda’s entertaining style and the way she inspires people is a breath of fresh air among all the rules and restraints of the myriad of current health and dietary approaches. Her passion is teaching about ‘Living Foods’; organic, mainly raw veggies,

fruits, grains, nuts and seeds, that when properly prepared delight our senses and nourish our bodies with the highest level of life-giving nutrients.Linda was trained at the world-renowned Hippocrates Health Institute of West Palm Beach Florida, and is currently a Program Consultant. Working at the Institute, she sees first-hand how changes in a toxic lifestyle can result in amazing shifts in people’s quality of life and health, from simple aches and pains and signs of aging, to the more serious issues of the reversal of cancer, heart disease, immune disorders and diabetes, just to name a few.

Rene Compton

In the second hour of the show, Dr. Hildy welcomes author and friend of many years, Rene Compton, whose program Understanding Technology With the Computer Puppetsseeks to educate children about the complicated world of computer technology through the use of puppetry. This program has been used for eleven years in public and private schools and is now available in book form for at-home training. No prior computer knowledge is necessary; teachers, students, parents and children can learn alongside each other with easy to use, step-by-step lesson plans.
